Queensland Mental Health Commissioner Dr Lesley van Schoubroeck joined Mornings with Steve Austin on ABC612 Brisbane to discuss the Queensland Mental Health, Drug and Alcohol Strategic Plan 2014-2019.
Disjointed services and unequal treatment for people with mental illness is the picture painted by the state's Mental Health Commissioner.
She unveiled her five year plan to do something about it.
