This morning I had the opportunity to speak briefly at the Statewide Maternity and Neonatal Clinical Network Forum.
In my presentation, titled 'Perinatal Mental Health – The Impetus for Change', I talked about the current facts, what other states are doing, what the Commission has done, and 'the missing lever'.
