Policy statement

We are committed to responding to feedback on our activities, work and actions.

Compliments are reviewed to make sure that, where applicable, the positive result can be applied more broadly across the Commission. Suggestions for improvement are also carefully considered as opportunities to improve.

Complaints about the Commission are managed in an accountable, transparent, timely and fair manner, and are also used to inform service improvement.

We recognise that an effective feedback mechanism is good business practice and integral to good stakeholder engagement.

All complaints are dealt with in the strictest confidence.
