Our structure is intentionally lean and is designed to work collaboratively with other government bodies, industry and community groups.
The Commission does not have a board of management. Its leadership is provided through an executive leadership team.
Advice is sought from the Queensland Mental Health and Drug Advisory Council on matters relevant to the Council’s role.
We outsource corporate service delivery to the Queensland Government’s Corporate Administration Agency. This provides access to advice about meeting our statutory body compliance obligations.
We also engage the additional expertise of consultancies and contractors when necessary. This gives flexibility to respond to emerging priorities to address specific requirements.
