Council communique 5-6 December 2019 in Rockhampton

The Queensland Mental Health and Drug Advisory Council met in Rockhampton in December 2019. 

The Council was briefed on:

- the Queensland Framework for the Development of the Mental Health Lived Experience (peer) Workforce

- Implementation of Shifting minds: Queensland Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drugs Strategic Plan, and 

- the National Productivity Commission draft report.

The Council also visited Darumbal Community Youth Services Inc and Gumbi Gumbi Drug and Alcohol Awareness Rehabilitation Centre.
