The Gay and Lesbian Welfare Association invited Commissioner Dr Lesley van Schoubroeck to deliver the Peter Allan Memorial Address on Friday 5 December 2014.
The Commissioner talked about mental health system issues identified by the LGBTI community, the rates of mental illness and psychological distress in this community, and actions the Commission is taking to address the situation.
