This morning I was pleased to launch the Queensland Suicide Prevention Action Plan with The Honourable Cameron Dick MP, Minister for Health and Minister for Ambulance Services, at the Australian Institute of Suicide Research and Prevention (AISRAP) World Suicide Prevention Day Forum.
The Action Plan outlines actions across four priority areas:
- Stronger community resilience and capacity
- Improved service system responses and capacity
- Focused support for vulnerable groups
- A stronger more accessible evidence base
